Matthew Zann has 28+ years of real estate and infrastructure experience across the Asia-Pacific region. He most recently served as APAC Head of Logistics Real Estate at EQT and previously founded and led Bear Logi for over a decade before its acquisition by EQT. He had senior leadership roles at ESR Japan and Goodman Japan. He is now the founder of Shindo Invest, bringing his experience to logistics and data center real estate across Japan's key gateway cities.

マシュー・ザン は、アジア太平洋地域における不動産・インフラ分野で28年以上の経験を有する。直近ではEQTにてAPAC物流不動産部門責任者を務め、それ以前はBear Logiを設立し、10年以上にわたり率いて同社をEQTに売却した。ESRジャパン及びグッドマン・ジャパンにおいても要職を歴任した。現在はシンドウインベストの創業者として、これまでの経験を活かし、日本の主要都市における物流施設及びデータセンター不動産に取り組んでいる。
